The Penny Street Bridge is a thriving gastro pub, restaurant and inn and are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist the current Head Chef to manage the kitchen and help build the business even further.

This is a real opportunity for an ambitious current Sous Chef looking to make there mark or experienced Chef de Partie looking for there first Sous Chef position and looking to prove themselves, Excellent further developmental opportunities also are provided with the parent company who also run a number of 4* hotels as well as other similar inns of distinction.
